Shipping policy

We STYLE JENN, we are constantly striving to provide our customers with unrivaled customer service. We understand the process of waiting for your order can be frustrating therefore aim to ensure the fastest and most efficient method of processing and shipping your package out to you. 

 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship the order. 

Any substitutions/additions to the order or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause a delay in shipment.

 

If there is a significant amount of ‘out of stock items’, we may hold the package until we receive confirmation from customer, unless otherwise requested. 

 

Backorder and Preorder

 

Backorder and preorder items will be charged in advance to reserve the pack(s). Once they are ready to ship, we will make a request for payment on shipping via phone and email. 

 

If you wish to hold to add your backorder or preorder to your next shipment, please let us know via email at info@stylejenn.com or on the comment section before checking out.

 

If there are any changes or delays to your preorder or backorder, you will be notified via phone and email.

We Style Jenn ships within the United States and Internationally.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote. Style Jenn ships Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays.

 

Tracking Packages

 

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin updating.
